We offer a unique employment experience for those with a sense of adventure looking to experience the diversity of the outback and the spiritual heart of Australia!Who We Are SeekingAn experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Hotel Maintenance team at Ayers Rock Resort who has;Minimum 3 years previous experience within a similar role in hotel/facility maintenanceCurrent Manual NT drivers Licence or (ability to obtain one)Working at Heights tickets.Experience working a team leader or supervisory roleExperience carrying out on the job training for new team membersAbility to motivate and supervise a team on daily shiftsStrong commitment to high standard of customer serviceAbout the roleIn this role you will the ensure the efficient fabrication, maintenance, repair and installation of all aspects of the designated Hotel zone including guest rooms, office spaces, conference and function areas, guest pools, kitchens, retail outlets and grounds.The Key Duties To Be Performed AreCarry out all related maintenance and repairs as requested by the Maintenance Manager in a professional like manner.Minor repairs, reprogramming service and fault finding to guest room air - conditioning units, hotel lighting and electronic door locks and room safesEnsure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by managementBe responsible for the maintenance and security of all tools providedCarry out all preventative maintenance as per the schedule laid by the programmed maintenance manualsSet an example of professional behaviours, including presentation and conduct, for all team member to follow.Full Time Position Available| $32.98 per hour (plus superannuation)Whats in it for you?Our resort offers a range of attractive incentives to make your employment experience with us even better, such as discounted accommodation, competitive pay, resort discounts, delicious on-shift meals, and a relocation assistance payment.
