With a stable master roster in place and a team committed to excellence, you will be supported to focus on leadership, quality improvement and community engagement. You''ll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across clinical, administrative, hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle functions.You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including 2 Care Managers, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers.
