Representing industry-leading tooling and hydraulic brands, this role is focused on delivering turnkey solutions, not just products - all backed by AHPCs in-house servicing, compliance, and technical support.What Youll Be DoingBuild and grow strategic customer relationships to ensure AHPC is the go-to partner for hydraulic tooling, equipment servicing, and technical support.Identify and convert new business opportunities across mining, construction, energy, and heavy industry sectors.Achieve and exceed sales targets, aligned with agreed KPIs.Monitor and improve sales performance, leveraging data insights and sales metrics.Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, balancing growth objectives with a customer-first focus.Plan and execute field-based activities, targeting customers using segmentation and prioritization strategies.Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking using our CRM.Be the face of AHPC, providing proactive service and growing accounts organically.Provide responsive, high-quality technical support and product advice to customers.Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships, from technical teams to executive decision-makers.What Were Looking ForMinimum 5 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within industrial, mining services, or related sectors.Proven technical understanding of hydraulic, high-pressure tooling (Enerpac or similar) and compliance-related products.Demonstrated success in organic growth of existing accounts and converting new business.Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.A self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to work autonomously.Strong time management, territory planning, and project juggling skills.Willingness to travel throughout WA to build and maintain key client relationships.Current, valid drivers licence (essential).What We OfferA competitive remuneration package, negotiable based on experience.Tools of the trade, including a car allowance for full-time travel (5 days a week).Supportive, high-performance culture with room to grow alongside a dynamic national business.Ready to Drive Growth and Make an Impact?Apply now to join AHPC and represent trusted brands while solving real-world problems for customers across WAs industrial sector.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
