As we continue to grow, we''re looking for someone who can support core HR processes and help us find and onboard new talent.What Youll Be DoingYoull play an important role in our small and collaborative HR team, with a strong initial focus on recruitment. Youll manage day-to-day hiring activities, from writing job ads and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding.This role also offers the variety and depth of a true generalist position. Youll contribute across:Recruitment & Onboarding Lead recruitment activities from job design to onboarding. You''ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a great candidate and new hire experience.Employee Relations Provide practical, people-focused support on employee matters, helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.Performance Management Contribute to the implementation and improvement of performance and feedback processes across the business.Training & Development Identify learning needs and coordinate initiatives to grow capability and support career progression.Policy & Compliance Help maintain and align HR policies with Australian employment law, including the Fair Work Act, NES, and relevant awards.HR Systems & Reporting Maintain HR records (we use BambooHR), manage workflows, and generate reports to support business decisions.HR Projects & Change Initiatives Participate in broader people projects including engagement surveys, system rollouts, and process improvements.What Were Looking ForWere after someone experienced, adaptable, and naturally collaborative.
