The position will report to the Safety Manager.Implement, support and monitor Safety and Health Management requirements, strategies and initiatives across the Project. Work with the Zone Health and Safety Managers and the wider project team to provide guidance, clarity and support to lead the safety culture.Key AccountabilitiesWork in accordance and demonstrate commitment to the Projects Values and Behaviours by demonstrating a positive focus on health and safety on the project.Providing support, coordination and advice of health and safety practices, systems and procedures including coaching and support to stakeholders across the sitesProviding technical input to delivery, ensuring that legal and contractual obligations / risks are identified, controlled and communicated appropriatelyWork with the ELT and partner with the business to assist in the design and deliver tailored programs, policy, initiatives and services that support reform, change and capability build across the project.Maintaining and implementing the Project''s WHS policy, management plans, systems and proceduresProvide specialist support to internal stakeholders including operational leaders, project employees, contractors, clients and visitors.Develop exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders to assist in the delivery of quality outcomes.Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
