Job Description

Were seeking an energetic and reliable Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach to support our Junior Athlete Program. Youll be working primarily with athletes aged 1013 years, delivering high-quality, engaging group sessions and assisting with key development processes such as onboarding, testing, and athlete check-ins.This is a hands-on coaching role with strong mentorship from our lead coaches and plenty of room for growth in responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Athlete Development Coach 812 group sessions/week, focusing on athletic fundamentals, movement quality, and confidence-building. Support athlete onboarding sessions, physical testing, and skill progressions. Provide technique cues, encouragement, and structure during training. Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating training environment.Athlete Engagement & Retention Assist with weekly athlete check-ins and parent communications (via SMS or email). Track session attendance and athlete progress using internal systems. Capture occasional athlete videos for feedback and development reviews.Learning & Team Culture Attend weekly coaching team meetings or briefings (online/in-person). Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback from the Head Coach. Learn and follow the TAOS (Threshold Athlete Operating System) framework for athlete development.Youll Thrive in This Role If You Love working with kids and enjoy helping them grow stronger, faster, and more confident. Are consistent, punctual, and take ownership of your coaching. Have good communication skills with both athletes and parents. Are comfortable following structured systems and routines.
