Reporting to Councils Coordinator Business Solutions, this position will develop and maintain strong relationships with Council business units to proactively facilitate change and create and reinforce alignment between technology, business processes and people. The role will assist with the management and administration of Councils technology-based business systems and contribute to their future development.To be successful you will bringBehaviour that consistently demonstrates Councils values of: creative, accessible, respect, energetic and safe (CARES).Tertiary qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.Proven contemporary businessanalysis expertise, including:eliciting and documenting business requirements using modern techniques (user stories, epics, BPMN, journey mapping, service blueprints).analysing and reengineering business processes to deliver quantifiable service, cost or risk improvements.developing options analysis and business cases that integrate financial, regulatory, risk and changemanagement considerations.translating requirements into procurement and/or configuration specifications for commercialofftheshelf (COTS), SaaS or lowcode platforms.Proven track record delivering projects through at least one of the following approaches: Agile, iterative, hybrid or PRINCE2.
