This role is a great opportunity to help shape key HSW programs, risk strategies, and training in a dynamic organisation.Support the development of HSW procedures, risk assessments, and training.Assist with complex HSW projects and change management initiatives.Provide operational support, advice, and risk mitigation across the organisation.Role OverviewIn this role, you will contribute to the development of safety procedures, manage complex HSW projects, and deliver risk-based training initiatives. Youll also provide essential operational support to ensure compliance and promote a safe and healthy workplace across the organisation.About the PersonA proactive and adaptable WHS professional with excellent communication and strong judgement. Youll be confident working independently and skilled at managing competing priorities in a complex environment.
