The Facilities Manager will play a key role in maintaining compliance, meeting project deadlines, and supporting the strategic development of hospital infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all engineering maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.Manage and supervise contracted service providers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service agreements.Lead rostering and staff management to ensure optimal workforce allocation and high-quality outcomes.Undertake assigned maintenance tasks and ensure accurate documentation and upkeep of all maintenance records.Provide strategic recommendations on capital equipment upgrades and refurbishment needs to the Executive team.Contribute to asset redevelopment planning and implementation in alignment with Hospital objectives.Administer and maintain vendor service support contracts for all plant and equipment across the facility.At Mulgrave Private Hospital, were all about supporting real people to deliver extraordinary care.
