This is a part-time position that will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.What You''ll Be DoingAssisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and printAct as a first point of contact for key wholesale and retail accounts, providing friendly, timely and solutions-focused serviceAnalysing customer data and insights to help inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfactionCollaborating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment and communication of customer orders and with the broader marketing team to create engaging content and assetsUpdate website content and e-commerce platformsProviding administrative support for marketing and customer experience activitiesWhat We''re Looking For1-2 years of experience in a marketing or customer experience role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industryA customer-first mindset, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client groupsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teamsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloadStrong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
