About the OpportunitiesWe''re currently recruiting for two key Aboriginal Identified roles:1. Team Leader (Leadership Role)Provide cultural and operational leadership to a small team responding to family violence. You''ll help guide service delivery, embed culturally safe practice, and support your team to walk alongside Aboriginal families with care and respect.2. Practitioner - Intake & AssessmentBe the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support. You''ll complete intake and assessment, offer short-term safety planning and referrals, and ensure every response is culturally informed and trauma-aware.
