Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering Perdaman Industries urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. This plant will be Australias largest and among the largest globally, with sustainable production processes. The project will create 2,000 construction jobs and deliver lasting benefits to the local community through employment, training, and business opportunities.We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join the Perdaman Project team in Karratha, WA on a 19:9 roster. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.Your responsibilities will include:Be a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.Collaborate with senior management within the project to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulationsWhat You Will Bring to the Team:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional HR certification is advantageous.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.Ability to commit to a 19:9 site-based rosterMental health and wellbeing programs.Employee assistance programs for employees and families.Industry-leading benefits such as health insurance offers, salary packaging, and travel discounts.Cloughs Inclusive WorkforceWere committed to diversity, providing opportunities for all individuals to achieve their full potential.
