With construction kicking off in September, were ready to welcome a commercially experienced leader to help set up and run the commercial delivery side of our resort.This includes key resort amenities such as a country club, summer house, and entry statementthe hallmark communal features that set Living Gems resorts apart. You''ll lead a team including a Foreman, Leading Hand, Plant Operators, and Labourers, managing a well-sequenced build from start to finish.About the RoleOversee the construction of multiple resort commercial structuresManage project delivery within timeframes, budget, and safety regulationsSupervise day-to-day site activity and provide leadership to all tradesCoordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of qualityCollaborate with the residential site team to ensure shared successMaintain safety compliance and conduct regular site safety assessmentsWhat Youll BringDemonstrated experience managing commercial builds (ideally within resort, hospitality or community-style developments)QBCC Open Builders Licence (or relevant qualification)Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, timelines and complianceProven experience managing trades, suppliers and site crewsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsConfident decision-maker with strong leadership qualitiesFamiliarity with construction software (e.g. Onsite Companion or similar)Trade background highly desirableWhy Join Living Gems & QA Build?Living Gems - one of Australias most respected developers of luxury over-50s resorts.
