The RoleFollowing some exciting project wins, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to work on a diverse range of projects including renewables, transport infrastructure and civil construction across QLD. A good chunk of our projects are remote, and so we require flexibility with DIDO and working remotely.Your Day To DayDeveloping and managing the construction program and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.Contributing to bids and tendersCoordinating and managing construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.Participating & leading monthly financial reviews and providing cost forecasts against budgets to understand cost to complete.Leading and supporting a strong safety culture.Who are you?Coming to us with previous experience in civil construction as a Project Manager, you are degree qualified and have:A sound understanding of typical construction specifications used in the Australian construction industry.Exposure to a variety of subdisciplines such as road, road structures, drainage, rail and earthworks.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors and the client.Experience on, or an interest in renewable projects will be highly regarded.The ability to manage small scale projects in regional areas is essential.
