Our client is a leading provider of aged care services, known for their commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enhances the lives of their residents.With a strong reputation for excellence, they operate multiple residential aged care facilities across the country and are currently seeking aCare Managerat one of their facilities in Mildura, VIC.PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS IN MILDURA, NORTHERN VICTORIA.Strong package and relocation on offer!!Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality clinical assessments through a comprehensive and resident-focused process.Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to achieve person-centred outcomes.Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and communication.Lead and support care staff in delivering exceptional care services.Manage medication in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.Contribute to operational duties and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.Work towards budget goals while leading the team to achieve outstanding results.What Were Looking For:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Care Manager.Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and promoting their wellbeing.Proficiency in computer systemsUnderstanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and AN-ACC processes is highly regarded.Availability to work full-time hours (76 hours per fortnight)A valid police check clearance.Full Australian Working rightsWhats on Offer:Competitive salary of up to $160K + Super + $16k retention bonusRelocation AssistanceAdditional Company BenefitsMonday to Friday ''office hours''Supportive management and a collaborative team culture.An immediate start in a rewarding role.Opportunities for further learning and developmentFor more information or to send resume directly please contact me on [emailprotected]Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
