That section is responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and excellence within the Commissions Digital operations, by identifying, assessing, and implementing opportunities for ongoing improvement that support the Commissions ability to deliver against its business objectives.The purpose of the Digital Change Team is to facilitate smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the change process within the Commissions Digital & ICT operations, by planning, coordinating, and communicating changes to minimize disruption and maximize adoption. It partners with the Digital Group and the Commission to enable digital transformation by building change capability, advising leaders, and embedding strategic change through a tiered service model. Guides, coaches and mentors people leaders to navigate change, with targeted support for digital projects as required.About the RoleThe Digital Change and Portfolio Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining a consolidated view of change across the Digital sections programs and initiatives. The role analyses change-related data, assesses cumulative impacts on stakeholders, and provides insights to inform planning, prioritization, and decision-making.In addition to building and maintaining the portfolio view of change, the position contributes to change management activities as required, supporting the design and delivery of small or non-complex change initiatives. This includes stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications support, and readiness tracking to ensure changes are understood, adopted, and embedded.Position DutiesDevelop and maintain a consolidated portfolio register and view of change across all digital initiatives, capturing key milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder impacts to inform decision making.Analyze project and program data to identify emerging trends, cumulative impacts, and change saturation risks across the digital portfolioProduce regular portfolio-level reporting, insights, and dashboards to inform leadership decisions and prioritization.Support change planning and delivery activities for small-scale or non-complex initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and communications preparation.Assist with tracking change readiness, adoption, and benefit realization where required.Gather feedback from stakeholders and identify opportunities to enhance approaches and tools to support continuous improvement of change practices and the Digital Change Portfolio.Other duties, as required.Position Eligibility Requirements (Selection Criteria):To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:Demonstrated experience working in change management and a Portfolio Management Office environmentAbility to analyse and synthesise data from multiple projects to produce clear insights and support informed decision makingDemonstrated ability to assist with change management activities such as impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness trackingAbility to communicate complex information clearly and tailor reporting to suit different audiencesStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different levels of the organisationAbility to support data-driven decision making through analysis, reporting, and tracking change effectivenessHigh level of initiative, resilience, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentDemonstrates understanding of business processes, how they operate end-to-end, and their impacts on individuals, teams and the organisationIdentifies and tailors appropriate methods and tools to enhance processes and reporting across projects and the broader change portfolioPosition Notes:Salary offered will be between $96,503 - $108,869 per annum depending on skills and experience.
