We are working with a leading organisation in the subsea and marine industry, currently seeking a motivated and detail-driven Crewing Coordinator to manage offshore personnel logistics and compliance across a range of international projects.About the Role:As the Crewing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless mobilisation and support of offshore personnel, including diving, ROV, deck, and casual workshop staff. This position is based in Perth and supports projects throughout Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.Perth-based opportunity3 to 6 months work assignmentCompetitive RemunerationKey Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage end-to-end crewing logistics, including recruitment, visa applications, scheduling, medicals, and onboarding.Maintain crew data in personnel systems and ensure compliance with all project-specific and internal requirements.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders including project teams, travel agents, and logistics providers.Assist in performance and compliance monitoring, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.Uphold health, safety, and operational standards aligned with offshore requirements.What Were Looking For:Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within maritime, offshore, or project environments.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of competency in MS Office and personnel databases.A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and quality standards.Preferred Qualifications:Year 12 or equivalent (experience may substitute).Knowledge of Australian and international visa/work permit processes is highly regarded.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking crewing team, where no two days are the same.
