Based in Wallaroo, youll deliver meaningful care across inpatient and ambulatory settings, helping people regain independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their goals.As a key Rehabilitation team member, you will provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and discharge planning services, working closely with consumers, families and allied health colleagues.
