Supercheap Auto attributes its success and expansion to the emphasis placed on team members, stores, and an extensive product range.About the positionWe are looking for a Supply and Operations Planning Coordinator based at our Support Office in Strathpine, Brisbane. The role will be responsible for providing the planning team support in delivering sales, profit, in-stock and inventory targets through analysis, reporting and inventory process management. This role works as a key link between our support office and our teams in retail and supply chain.Day to day responsibilities will include:Providing direct support to the Supply and Operations Planning Manager by assisting in managing the inbound and outbound flow of stock through our distribution centres and into our storesResponsible for the stock management of new store and store refurbishment projectsCommunicating daily with distribution centre, transport and retail management teams to ensure stakeholders are informed of issues and resolutions in a timely matterProviding the business with business reporting that helps drives service improvements for our customers and deliver efficiencies for our supply chain and merchandise planning teamsMaintaining scheduling data in our forecasting and replenishment system to ensure supply chain and merchandise planning processes run to planSupporting the broader merchandise planning team with stock allocations that help deliver our desired service levels in store for our customersTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Good attention to detail, an analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and continuously improve existing processesRetail support office, supply chain or retail store experience (none of these are essential)Strong Excel skills and exposure to planning systems would be advantageousEnjoy a fast-paced work environmentWhy join Super Retail Group?Promote work life balance through flexible work practicesCommitment to your professional developmentGenerous Team Member Discounts across all Super Retail Group brandsSuper Retail Group has been awarded an Aon Best Employer Award for Australia, 2019.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Super Retail Group strives to create an inclusive environment for all employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
