In this pivotal role, youll be at the forefront of our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing effortsdriving growth across key digital channels including social media, display, programmatic, SEO, SEM, email, and affiliate marketing.Youll collaborate on impactful campaigns and content initiatives that elevate brand desirability, boost ecommerce sales, and grow market share. If you''re passionate about digital innovation and want to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, wed love to hear from you.What youll be doingSupport and execute the annual digital and ecommerce marketing strategy, setting performance targets aligned with business goalsLead planning and implementation of digital marketing activities across Paid Media, SEO, SEM, EDM/CRM, and affiliate channelsManage the Digital Marketing and CRM calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and alignment with broader marketing initiativesCoordinate external marketing efforts, including marketplaces, affiliates, and agency partnerships to maximize reach and ROIProject manage B2C campaigns, overseeing content creation, asset delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and agenciesUtilize data and analytics to identify performance improvement opportunities and produce regular reports on campaign effectivenessDrive organic social media strategy for Hard Yakka and KingGee, including content planning, posting, and performance trackingCreate and manage on-brand content for websites, social media, EDMs, and blogs, ensuring consistency and engagementSupport and influencer initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to amplify brand presence and reachWho were looking forAt our company, we value not only our great brands but also the people and teams that drive our success.
