This role will work directly with our new and existing SME customers and Broker partners to establish meaningful and successful relationships. From day 1 and beyond, you will be the crucial face of QBE to our customers to build and maintain new relationships as well as contribute to the strategic success of our workers compensation division by providing your insight to the customer market.Your new roleAs a Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:Contributing to our growth strategy by developing and maintaining customer and broker relationships.Confidently work with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to contribute to the overall strategic growth of the business.Contribute to sustainable performance by working with our claims team, as well as working with other teams to ensure customer relationships are sustainableIdentify opportunities for growth and improvements.About youTo be successful in your new role, you will bring:Extensive experience in workers compensation or the insurance industryExperience in a business development role with a core focus on business-to-business relationshipsProven stakeholder management skillsA focus on sustainable business performance and risk.A team focused mindset and an ability work in an agile team environmentAbout QBEWe can never really predict whats around the corner, but at QBE were asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
