Whether you come from a traditional path or a more unconventional background, what matters to us is your curiosity, initiative, and ability to grow with us.What Youll Be DoingLead the Onboarding Process: Own the customer onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live. You will ensure a seamless, efficient onboarding experience, meeting all SLAs and metrics, and maintaining constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders.Optimise Execution: In collaboration with the Onboarding Lead and wider customer team, you will work to continuously improve the onboarding process, and improve the speed to live, bringing value to our customers sooner.What Were Looking ForTheres no perfect candidate. If you meet some of the criteria below and are excited about the role, we strongly encourage you to apply:Loves a project. Building plans, organising resources and executing with continuous refinement.Comfortable in meetings and spreadsheets. Need to be confident in managing both people and data in equal parts.4+ years of experience working in a media agency, digital advertising or traditional media.
