This full time permanent role will be responsible for overseeing and performing the maintenance and property support services at our Clinton Place community in Goulburn. The successful candidate will ensure that all buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards, in compliance with current regulations and BaptistCares quality standards. The role includes the belowManage and perform both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of buildings, plant, equipment, furniture, fittings, grounds and carparksEnsure all maintenance activities comply with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant regulationsWork closely with the Site Manager and the Area Manager to deliver maintenance services with minimal impact on residents and staffMaintain accurate records of asset acquisitions and disposals, and ensure the maintenance of site vehicles, plant, and machineryManage and liaise with contractors, tradespersons, suppliers, and volunteers to ensure all work is completed to BaptistCares standardsAbout The TeamBaptistCare Clinton Place is a vibrant and friendly aged care community located in the heart of Goulburn, NSW.
