Using GPS-enabled, solar-powered neckbands, farmers can create digital fence lines from their phone - transforming land use, reducing labour, and improving both environmental and animal welfare outcomes.This is innovation with real-world impact on pasture health, productivity, and profitability.We need a Service Engineer whos ready to roll up their sleeves and make it happen, and heres where you come in.What Youll TackleA hands-on role supporting the future of smart farming, youll be at the frontline of product reliability - diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing our innovative livestock management devices. Youll work across returns processing, technical support, and firmware validation, ensuring every product that reaches the field performs at its best.This role offers a unique blend of electronics troubleshooting, customer interaction, and collaboration with R&D and operations teams. Youll be instrumental in maintaining product quality, supporting Specialist Partners, and continuously improving service workflows that directly impact our customers experience.What Youre Made OfYoure one of us - hands-on, tech-savvy, and wired for action.
