The diversity and variety of this position offers a challenging and rewarding role for the right applicant.A reasonable level of computer literacy is essential to ensure your success in this position, along with an understanding of working with large scale facility repairs.You know that youve got what it takes because you have:Experience in facilities, building or asset managementDiverse practical experience in a building/civil environmentProven track record of developing and maintaining relationships at a professional and business levelA motivated proactive approach with a strong team player attitudeAbility to understand and interpret contractual and statutory documentationWillingness to follow operational processes and proceduresWe believe in excellence in customer service. This role requires an experienced and suitably qualified people person with excellent communication skills.
