Work on one of the most important renewable energy assets in Australias energy transition.PHE currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team. You will be working 12-hour days on a 2:1 roster DIDO roster based near Cabramurra NSW.Meal allowance, accommodation, and transport to the site each day will be provided.We offer excellent allowances, rates and overtime paid on these works. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team on unique projects.About The RoleBased at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, PHEs Tumut operations undertakes small- and large-scale project work within the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Scheme. The role involves the supervision of employees at various power station and infrastructure sites throughout the Snowy and broader region on rosters that balance regular overtime and time at home.Lead a team to deliver safe, productive and quality work in industrial settings.Report project status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality when required.Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.Oversee PHE Plant & Equipment onsite to ensure complianceAbout YouTo be successful you will have the following skills and experience:Experienced leading a team made up of Operators & Trades Assistances on industrial sites.Must be able to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety through leading by example.The ability to lead a highly productive team to meet project and company objectives.Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.Enjoy problem-solving.Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams and Excel.Quality Management experience.Budget management experience.Flexible and open to working away from home, as required by the company.LicencesTrade Qualification (Electrical desirable)High risk work licence with WP, CN DG Class (desirable)Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 yearsTelehandler Gold Card (desirable)White Construction CardHR Drivers LicenceHold or be able to obtain a National Police ClearancePlease note all your tickets and licences MUST be current to commence on site and be employed by PHE.
