This role provides commercial leadership, drives claim and variation strategies and acts as the key commercial interface with the client.Reporting to the State Manager, and working alongside Project Managers and Engineers, youll play a critical role in ensuring commercial outcomes are maximised and risks are mitigated.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and manage contract variationsMaintain variation register and status trackingPrepare and submit Variation Price RequestsLead pricing strategy for all new works and claimsManage EOT and payment claimsMitigate commercial exposureSupport dispute resolution processesAct as primary commercial contact for major contractsLead client meetings, negotiations and escalationsMaintain commercial dashboards and monthly reportingWhat Were Looking ForStrong understanding of contract law and contract administration (infrastructure focus)High-level commercial acumen and negotiation skillsSales or customer service experienceExperience in variation, EOT, and claim managementSkilled in Payapps, Aconex, and Excel cost tools preferableProven ability to manage high-value contracts and risk exposureOur BenefitsAt Heidelberg Materials, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
