We actively encourage women and those from diverse backgrounds to apply for our roles.About The RoleDue to a sharp increase in new high-end Print Production products, we are looking to fill a Field Service Technician position to join our Perth Print Production team, providing outstanding service and support to our valuable customer base.The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W print production equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.As a member of the Perth Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment. This role works within a team of dedicated technicians and reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager.Previous experience in the Print Production industry is highly desirable and will be looked upon favourably, although not essential for the right candidate in a similar industry looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role with fantastic learning and development opportunities.As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.RequirementsIdeal CandidateTo be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following:Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this roleA keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee developmentApplicants must possess a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyondAbility to work autonomously, whilst keeping in constant contact with your team to ensure workload is consistent and transparentEssential Requirements For This RoleMust be available for in person interview at West Perth officeDemonstrated experience a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understandingStrong fault-finding skills and technical aptitude abilityStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service skillsExcellent organisation and time management skillsDriver''s License and Working with Children CheckAbility to undergo Police CheckAbility to obtain AGSVA clearance, existing clearance preferredWillingness to work extended hours on standby during the week and weekends as required per a rosterWillingness to travel interstate for training regularlyCurrent Australian working rights are essential (Visa sponsorship is not available)BenefitsWhy Konica Minolta?You will enjoy a collaborative team culture where you will be supported and empowered to contribute your ideas and identify opportunities to develop your team and yourself.
