This strategic role is focused on driving growth, deepening key relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.You will lead national engagement by fostering long-term partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities, and working closely with our corporate customers. Internally, youll collaborate across multiple divisions, including Sales and Territory Managers, Technical Teams, and Product Managers. With a focus on CSSD, Endoscopy, infection control and our Service offerings, youll represent the full In Vitro Product Portfoliospanning both capital equipment and consumable solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with divisional and regional managers.Manage a high-value national portfolio across Private Hospitals, Public Health Boards, and Corporate Healthcare Accounts.Work across business units to deliver customer-centric sales, marketing, and clinical engagement initiatives.Promote both capital equipment and consumable offerings across CSSD, Infection Control, Endoscopy and our Technical departmentsBuild strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makersCollaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure seamless deliveryMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsProvide regular market and customer feedback to inform strategy and innovationNational travel required to maintain strong client engagement and presenceABOUT YOURelevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business, or previous industry sales experienceProven experience in a healthcare Account Manager or Sales role ideally within CSSD, Endoscopy, Infection Control, or related fieldsStrategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a solution-oriented approachPrevious experience engaging with corporate healthcare groups and public health boards is desirable.Collaborative, professional, and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWilling and able to travel nationally as required.Ideally based in Melbourne or Brisbane (Sydney also considered).Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader teamComfortable navigating complex organisational structures and decision-making hierarchiesA proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts efficientlyBENEFITSAttractive remuneration including a generous car allowanceCareer development and growth/specialisation opportunitiesTight-knit and engaging team with a motivated & disciplined approachIndustry leading job stability & flexible work environmentsExcellent office location with travelCorporate health and fitness - Fitness PassportDiscounts at over 100 retailers (including groceries and fuel)NEXT STEPSInterested applicants should APPLY NOWDepending on the role, the recruitment process may vary slightly; this may include a phone interview, face-to-face interview, skills-based assessment, pre-employment medical and of course, an opportunity to meet the team.To view positions from In Vitro or to learn more about our work, please visit - invitro.com.au/careersABOUT THE COMPANYIn Vitro Technologies is a Scientific and Medical distribution company specialising in the sale and support of scientific, clinical diagnostic, medical and related products.Our foundation is built upon dedicated service, knowledge of the industry, and professionalism.
