As a nationally recognised, award-winning service provider, our team is focused on partnering with our clients for long-term success and service delivery excellence.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our finance team. Your key responsibilities will include:Assist in accounts payable including entering supplier invoices, statement reconciliation.Assist in processing credit card transactions and staff expense claim.Assist in accounts receivable including invoicing client, process receipts for customer payments received.Follow up collection telephone calls to clients on overdue accounts.Assist in resolving billing or payment discrepancies.Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the finance team.Skills and ExperienceWe are seeking a motivated professional who possesses:0-1 years of experience in an accounts officer role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.A proactive mindset for problem-solving and process improvementWhats on OfferA fantastic opportunity to join a reputable Australian company that values its employees.A supportive and collaborative team culture focused on delivering results.Hands-on experience and opportunities to further develop your accounting skills.How to applyDoes this sound like you?
