You''ll work on complex challenges that have a direct impact on people''s lives, helping us evolve our business and reach new heights.Reporting to the Healthcare Industry Leader it is essential that you have an understanding of SEEKs product suite, have a detailed understanding of the recruitment function and have a proactive mindset that will allow you to pick up this portfolio quickly.This role requires you to manage a well-established portfolio, ensuring relationships, revenue retention and product growth remain strong with our clients. Equally important inthis role is your ability to develop new relationships, lift revenue and drive product adoption in clients that have a transactional relationship with SEEK.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategic Growth: Manage key healthcare accounts by delivering tailored portfolio and relationship plans that align with SEEKs strategic goals.Industry Expertise: Develop deep insights into the healthcare sectors recruitment challenges and share market intelligence to shape SEEKs offerings.Client Engagement: Strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across QLDs public, private, aged care, and disability sectors.Sales & Revenue Leadership: Lead contract negotiations and drive revenue growth by positioning SEEK as a trusted strategic partner.Product Adoption & Performance: Champion SEEKs product suite, ensuring effective implementation and performance across client portfolios.Collaborative Innovation: Partner with internal teams to deliver training, thought leadership events, and proactive client engagement initiatives.The TeamThe Healthcare Team consists of 1x Key Account Manager, 4x Senior Account Managers and 1 Account Executive. The Healthcare Team managers SEEKs National Health & Social Care clients within the Public Health, Private Health, Aged Care and Disability Care segments of the broader Healthcare Employment Marketplace.
