Overseas do not apply.We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our fully accredited, well-established, and dedicated general practice, located at water front over looking the beautiful Lake Macquarie. The position is set to commence on 1st of June 2025.As a Practice Nurse, you will work closely with our GPs and medical team to provide high-quality patient care in a busy GP clinic environment. Strong computer skills are essential, and knowledge of Best Practice software is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Cold Chain Management and Vaccine Fridge ManagementOrdering and Restocking VaccinesHealth Assessments & Care Plan DevelopmentCervical Screening Tests (CST), including self-collection CSTECGsEar SyringingImplementing and Supervising Infection Control Policies & ProtocolsOrdering and Maintenance of Clinical SuppliesMaintenance of Clinical Equipment RegistersAssisting with Observations, Emergencies, and Clinical TriagingExcellent Organisational & Time Management SkillsStrong Interpersonal Skills to Engage with Patients of All Ages and EthnicitiesAbility to Work Independently and as Part of a TeamFlexibility to Assist with Holiday ReliefQualifications & RequirementCurrent AHPRA RegistrationPrevious General Practice experience preferredStrong Computer SkillsImmunisation & Cold Chain Management Certificate requiredWell Womens Health Check (CST) Certificate requiredCurrent CPR CertificateCurrent Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain oneRemuneration:Hourly Rate: $45 to $50 or higher per hour (as per AMA Award or above, depending on experience and qualifications)If you are interested in joining our team, please send your cover letter and resume to drtian88@gmail.com.Best send email to drtian88@gmail.com.
