We encourage our people to ask questions, be reflective, and bring their authentic selves to work.About the roleAs our Senior Operations Coordinator, youll play a pivotal role in supporting organisation-wide processes across our early learning and kindergarten services. Working closely with the Executive Manager Early Learning, youll step into high-level operations work and contribute to projects and change initiatives that directly shape service delivery, enrolment outcomes, and compliance readiness.Youll be:Supporting the transition from QuickKids to Kangaroo Time, coaching others through the changeStrengthening compliance, funding, and data management systems across multiple services.Use data from multiple systems and sources to identify trends, inform strategy, and create clear, actionable reports for the Executive team.Enabling capability-building by coaching and mentoring The Operations Coordinator and service leaders in systems, processes, and compliance.Supporting key organisational change projects, bringing a solutions-focused mindset and adaptive approach.Collaborating across teams while managing your own workflow independently with initiative and attention to detail.About youYoull bring both operational depth and strategic awareness to the table.
