Youll be backed by a sharp office team, great tradies and a brand that already has traction. We just need someone to drive growth full-time.What Youll Be DoingBuild relationships with real estate agents, builders, strata managers and commercial clientsFollow up on quotes and win more jobsReactivate past clients and keep existing ones sending workBe out and about, site visits, walk-ins, coffees, callsTrack and report on leads, wins and the pipeline (simple systems, no fluff)What Were Looking ForSales, BDM or trade/real estate background preferredConfident communicator. On the phone and in personSelf-motivated and outcome-drivenUnderstands how tradies think and what clients needBonus if youve worked in or around electrical or construction beforeWhats In It For You$100K base salary + superCompany Ranger provided (yep, a ute youll actually want to drive)Bonus or commission structure based on resultsFlexible hours full-time but work from home some days availableSupportive, no-BS team thats in growth modeWere after outcomes, not just effort!
