They are also considered a major contributor to the development of Regional Queensland and the wider Queensland economy.About the role:As a Contracts Administrator, youll be a vital part of the Civil Construction team, directly supporting the successful delivery of diverse projects. Youll work hand-in-hand with Project Managers and key stakeholders to make sure all contractual obligations are met, potential risks are mitigated and commercial outcomes are optimised. Your responsibilities will include:Administering and maintaining contracts;Verifying all documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date;Analysing contracts for potential risks and developing strategies to address them;Communicating effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients regarding contract matters;Managing procurement activities;Preparing cost assessments, budgets and financial reports; andStaying updated on relevant legislative changes and ensuring compliance with documentation.About you:To be successful in the role, you will have a minimum of two years of experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role with qualifications in a relevant field being highly regarded.
