Youll be leading the charge on all things Food Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Continuous Improvement, while inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team. As our Quality Systems Lead, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring that everything we make from plant-based beverages to premium nutrition exceeds expectations across the board.What You''ll Be DoingLead & Inspire our Quality Systems team to deliver ongoing improvement and system excellence.Own and manage HACCP, CCPs/RCPs/QCPs, and regulatory standards.Host and shine during external audits from regulators and key customers.Champion essential pre-requisite programs like GMP, allergens, food security, pest control, and more.Drive the merge and optimisation of Food Management Systems into one seamless, powerful process.Provide hands-on support for non-conformances, document control, change management, and foreign body controls.Create and deliver engaging training packages to embed a strong food safety culture.Be a problem-solving partner across QA release, investigations, hygiene, lab, and continuous improvement activities.What Youll Bring to the RoleWere after someone whos not afraid to challenge the status quo, lead with purpose, and get into the detail where it matters most.Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Engineering or related fieldStrong knowledge of food manufacturing and quality systemsUHT, Dairy Powder and/or drying experience?
