At Smart Energy we believe in empowering our people, providing support, and fostering innovation.About the Role We are seeking a hands-on and skilled Sales Performance Analyst to join our team in the Byron Bay HQ.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity reporting to our senior leadership team.As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising our sales operations and driving revenue growth.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Sales Visibility and AnalysisCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into sales performance.Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Revenue ReportingGenerate regular reports on revenue performance, highlighting key metrics and insights for management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales-related data.Key Sales MetricsMonitor and analyse key sales metrics such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and pipeline health.Identify areas for improvement and work closely with the sales team to implement strategies for enhanced performance.Data Driven InsightsProvide the sales team with actionable insights based on data analysis, helping to optimize sales processes and enhance decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven recommendations.Sales SupportAssist the sales function in developing and maintaining a data-driven approach to decision-making.Support sales leaders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field is highly regardedProven experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within sales operations or finance.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with sales and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plusWe are a thriving start-up that has experienced remarkable growth of 115% this year.
