Youll lead a small team of Bridgeworkers and help plan, resource, and deliver works to the highest standards.Key responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations on bridges and structuresEnsure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to expected standardsSupport planning, problem-solving, and job preparation activitiesOversee preventative maintenance and minor servicing of equipmentAllocate and support mechanical maintenance tasksPerform administrative and record-keeping dutiesStrong knowledge of bridge and structural maintenance standards, processes, and costsProven leadership, team coordination, and communication skillsSound understanding of relevant systems including SAP, MS Office, and IQMSA commitment to Queensland Rails Values and BehavioursPrevious experience in a similar role or industry is highly regardedThis is your chance to work with one of Queenslands most trusted employers, in a hands-on role that makes a real difference to the safety and reliability of our rail network.Benefits that CountAll that Queensland Rail achieves each day relies on the hard work and talent of our teams.
