Job Description Role A successful and well-established family organisation, with over 25 years of experience, seeks the right candidate to forge ahead with a new product from a well-respected company. You will be working directly under the CEO. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Representative to take the sole lead in Perth. You will receive comprehensive training and coaching, marketing support, and be part of our supportive workplace culture where great work is recognised and rewarded. You must have proven sales experience in trade, wholesale, appliance, or small equipment industries with the ability to understand our products and relay those effectively to resellers. You will build new partnerships with resellers and manage ongoing relationships with them. While the core product is solar inverter and battery systems, we are looking to expand our sales into complementary home electrification products. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and pursue reseller opportunities Introduce and convert resellers to our products Desired Skills and Experience Skills & Experience Strong sales and negotiation skills Experience in developing new businesses and/or product lines Ability to think quickly and respond to urgent orders Ability to meet KPIs and demonstrate performance with regular progress reports to the General Manager Knowledge of air conditioning or hot water systems is highly advantageous Requirements Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to obtain one within one month of starting employment The position is open to Australian citizens and/or persons with a legal, valid right to work in Australia Culture Solargain fosters an inclusive culture where our people feel like family.
