It offers emotional support and genuine connection from someone who gets it, someone whos been there.Warmline provides a safe space where people can speak with a trained peer worker who uses their own lived experience to offer empathy, hope and understanding.Whether a person is in distress, grieving or navigating life with suicidality, Warmline meets them where they are. Support is available seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, with the option of one-off or ongoing scheduled calls.About The RoleYou will provide compassionate, phone-based support to people seeking connection and understanding. Your own recovery journey and lived experience will be at the heart of the work by offering participants a space where they feel validated, safe, heard and respected.What is Lived Experience? It is not about professional or clinical expertise, but rather the personal journey of seeking support, offering support, healing and resilience.
