We are committed to an interim target of a 30% reduction by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Planner/Scheduler to join our safety focused Ammonia/AN maintenance team.You will be involved in scoping, resourcing and scheduling maintenance on cutting edge assets to achieve performance standards and meet customer requirements. This will include routine maintenance of a number of large process plants as well as planned minor/major turnarounds. You will enjoy providing excellent customer service and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludePrioritise safety for self and others in all practices and promote a strong safety culture.Develop work packs for execution by electrical technical specialists, including work scopes, resources, parts and labour.Development of maintenance plans and work schedules.Ensure all work is planned completed in accordance with relevant regulatory and ethical standards.Monitor and review programmed maintenance work orders.Review and update equipment data and parts listings as required.Identify improvement opportunities for plant reliability, maintenance processes and breakdowns.Skills And Experience You Will HaveHold an Electrical License (Ideally WA) with Certificate IV in Instrumentation desirable3 years minimum experience working within a Maintenance Planning roleDemonstrated experience in the use of computer-based planning packages and work order systems.(JDE,SAP etc)Experience with Scheduling Packages i.e. Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 .Knowledge of maintenance , regulatory procedures and engineering drawings/standards.Ability to build and establish positive working relationships.We value our employees by offeringCompetitive remuneration including allocation of Wesfarmers shares and participation in our annual incentive plan.Employer parental leave payment up to 18 weeks.Ongoing professional development and career opportunities across our diverse businesses and the Wesfarmers Group.Salary sacrifice opportunities, including novated lease vehicle packaging.Access to employee benefits across Wesfarmers including staff discounts at Bunnings, Kleenheat, Kmart, Target and Officeworks and Wesfarmers Arts sponsored events.We are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that is representative of the people who live in the communities where we operate.
