Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising digital campaignswith a strong focus on driving customer acquisition through high-performing media that generates quotes and converts to policy sales.This role is based in our Newcastle office, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements and parking provided.You will join a driven and passionate Marketing team and manage digital advertising, SEO strategy, and digital media campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also oversee website performance using analytics tools, generate insights to inform strategy, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.In this role you willLead the setup, integration, and optimisation of the digital marketing technology stack covering performance channels, analytics, tag management, and advertising platforms.Set up, manage, and optimise performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.Prepare, implement and optimise digital marketing strategies across channels including Search, PPC, CPC, and Display.Plan, execute and scale paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.Support the development and execution of organic social media strategies and collaborate on content creation to drive engagement and brand visibilityCollaborate with and guide digital marketing activities undertaken by agency partners.Establish reporting and dashboards for digital marketing channels and KPIsMeasure, report and make recommendations on campaign growth, traffic trends, conversion rates, and ROI.Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insightsSupport funnel optimisation strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.Ensure all digital activity complies with brand, legal, and industry regulatory standards.Work closely with the front-end developer, CRM specialist, and broader marketing team to ensure alignment across digital initiativesWhat you will bringQualifications in Marketing, Business or other relevant area.3+ years experience in a digital marketing role focused on performance and paid campaigns.Demonstrated experience managing budgets across multiple digital channels.Proven ability to optimise key performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, SEO, and CRO strategies.Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into actionable marketing tactics.Excellent communication and reporting skills for stakeholder engagement.Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Why you will love working with usCompetitive remuneration and variable rewardsSupportive and collaborative hybrid work environment that values work-life balanceWellbeing Program offering EAP and annual wellbeing reimbursementVolunteer and support opportunities to make a difference in your local communityReward and Recognition Program offering both monetary rewards and additional leave at key service milestonesIf this role and our team sounds like a good fit for you, we would love to hear from you!Submit your application as soon as possible with applications being assessed progressively or contact Georgi Evans on (02)4047 3925 georgi.evans@pacificins.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
