Prior experience in multi-family housing or student accommodation is highly regarded.Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and foster a culture of service excellence.Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, with a track record of achieving revenue and occupancy goals.Knowledge of tenancy legislation, WHS regulations, and property operations.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and the ability to engage diverse student cohorts.Organised, agile, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-capacity environments.Confident in Microsoft Office and property management systems.Compliance & Licensing Must hold a valid drivers license.
