Youll be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, contributing to service innovation, and representing the Parallo and Crayon Australia brands across the SaaS ecosystem.Key responsibilities will include:Generate new business and support key accounts by qualifying leads and executing sales plans to meet performance targetsPrioritize high-value cloud projects such as migrations, Kubernetes, containerization, app modernization, DevOps, and CI/CDDevelop and execute territory strategies, including customer profiling, action planning, and regular forecasting updates to leadershipIdentify and shape new service opportunities to enhance Crayons positioning as a leading cloud solutions providerCollaborate with internal teams on account strategy and service delivery, while representing both the Parallo and Crayon AU brands in marketYour Competencies:5+ years in senior direct sales, working with SMEs and large corporates across Australia, managed services sales experience is a plusSolid grasp of hyperscaler cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) with AZ-900 and/or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification a plusExperience with ISVs/SaaS and knowledge of software engineering, infrastructure, and cloud deliveryBackground with Microsoft, AWS, or similar vendors in roles such as Partner Tech StrategistAbout You:You contribute effectively to your team, clearly understand team goals and roles, and are motivated to take on additional responsibilities when possibleYou are an independent, driven self-starter who collaborates across teams, proactively shares knowledge, and maintains strong connectionsYou demonstrate good judgment and intuition in group dynamics, understand how your words and actions impact others, and promote respect and inclusivity through thoughtful, inclusive languageWhat''s on Offer?Comprehensive Health Insurance and Income ProtectionParental Leave and Me-Day LeaveHybrid and Remote Working OverseasEmployee Assistance Program, Study, and Volunteering LeaveNovated LeasingCelebrate your birthday or special occasion with a paid day offWellness programs are celebrated company-wide, to help you focus on well-beingApply to join an award-winning employer!At Crayon, we are deeply committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
