Youll step into a well-established portfolio and join a collaborative, friendly pod ready to welcome you in and set you up for success.What Were Looking For: 2-5 years experience in Paid Social/PPC advertising (ideally 1-2 years in an agency setting) At least 1 year managing large client budgets of $50k+ A love for performance marketing, creative strategy, and growth Ready to start in late November or early December 2025Key Dates:Start Date: November 2025End Date: June 2026Handover: You wont be dropped into the deep end. Youll receive a structured handover from the current Performance Manager before they go on maternity leave.Opportunities to extend: There may be opportunities to explore longer-term roles at farsiight in the future, but this role is a fixed-term contract specifically designed to provide seamless coverage for a team member on maternity leave.About The RoleAs a Performance Manager at farsiight, youll manage a small portfolio of high-growth eCommerce and tech clients, focusing primarily on Paid Social (Meta Ads) campaigns.This is a hands-on executional role where youll own the day-to-day performance across your accounts, reporting to our Performance Team Lead and partnering closely with a Lead Strategist. Youll join a tight-knit pod of specialists, backed by a broader team who values growth, curiosity, and collaboration.While there may be some exposure to Google Ads, the bulk of your work will centre around Meta building, testing and optimising campaigns that deliver real business results.What Youll Do:Youll manage a small, but mighty portfolio (approx. 5-10 accounts), working with some seriously cool eCommerce and tech brands. From strategy to execution, youll have the freedom to test, tweak, and push performance to new heights.Build and manage high-performing Meta Ads campaignsTest creatives, messaging, and audiences to uncover growth opportunitiesManage budgets ranging from $10K$100K+ per monthApply insights from performance data to iterate fast and smartYoull provide insightful and comprehensive reports to clients, ensuring theyre always in the loop on campaign performance. Youll also attend client calls, working closely with clients to translate data into actionable insights and adjustments that drive results.Deliver clear, confident performance reports and recommendationsJoin client calls (with support from your Strategist) to align on strategy and next stepsTranslate data into stories that clients actually understand and act onYoull continually push boundaries by testing new strategies and tactics to fuel growth.
