Ensures practice is in accordance with the Australian Physiotherapy Association Code of Conduct and SJGHC policies and guidelines.The PositionProvide high quality evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients, including the provision of hydrotherapy treatments where applicable.Using patient-centered care work with the patient to develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment goals and plans for all patients/clients.Ensure that direct working relationships are established and maintained with multi-disciplinary colleagues and internal/external customers including active participation in the multidisciplinary team meetingsUse of Evidence Based Patient treatment outcome measures and use of patient feedback satisfaction measures and quality assurance activitiesParticipate in the physiotherapy department weekend roster if required.Assist with education and training programs for students as requestedResponsible for completing appropriate administrative duties arising from each session instructed.
