This unique hybrid position requires both strong project management expertise and the ability to gather, analyse, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.Act as a liaison between stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver clear documentation.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Create and maintain project documentation, including business cases, requirements specifications, functional designs, test plans, and user guides.Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders at all levels.Oversee project testing and quality assurance, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.Champion best practices in project management and business analysis, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Success profileTechnicalExperience delivering digital transformation or business improvement initiatives.Excellent communication skills able to translate complex problems into clear solutions.Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.Strong documentation skills business cases, process maps, user stories, etc.Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage competing priorities.Knowledge of project management and change management principles.Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly regarded.PersonalProactive and resourceful, with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.Collaborative team player.A commitment to lifelong learning and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.In return for your skills and experience, you will be offered the opportunity to work with an employer that values your contribution to the organisation and is dedicated to your career success.
