Join to apply for the Admissions Coordinator - Team Leader role at Medical and Aged Care Group1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Admissions Coordinator - Team Leader role at Medical and Aged Care GroupThe Admissions Coordinator Team leader plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective residents and their families through the admissions journey while overseeing the admissions team to ensure seamless person-centered experience.You will balance operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement to reflect the highest standards of the MACG admissions process across the homes.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam coaching and support- coach and support the coordinators in communication, regulatory compliance regarding admissions processes and customer service outcomes.Develop the admissions team to ensure high performance and a client-focused approach.Stakeholder engagement build trust with families through clear empathetic dialogue, consult with Administration, Clinical, Wellbeing teams, Finance, and Home Managers.Data Analysis & reporting- track and interpret key metrics (occupancy, conversion rates, admission timelines)Achieve maximum occupancy rates and achieve financial targets met by developing strong relationships with key organisations including hospitals and placement teams.Oversee and manage the end-to-end admissions process for residents entering MACG homes, ensuring visibility within the portfoliosFacilitate tours and support in MACG portfolios when requiredMaintain accurate data in admissions management systemsIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiencyUndertaking periodic research on each homes local competitors to ascertain care models, unique selling points (USPs), strengths, weaknessesUndertake admission surveys to gather insights and dataQualifications & ExperienceQualification in Business/Management- desirableStrong knowledge of the industryAt least 3 years of relevant experience in Aged Care admissions processDemonstrated leadership in process management, team supervision, stakeholder engagement and an understanding of aged care complianceA high level of analytical, written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of legislation appropriate to this positionStrong knowledge of aged care financesDemonstrated experience in using software applicationsOur ValuesUnified By Our Commitment To Providing Superior Care, Our Values See Our Diverse Team Collaborate To Deliver On Our Promise To Our ResidentsCompassion: generous spirit, welcoming hospitality, connect.Integrity: honest, trustworthy and ethical in all that we do.Dignity: True worth of every individual.Diversity: Value uniqueness of each person.Accountable: we are accountable of all actions and outcomes to residents, their carers families and those who fund, govern and support us.Family: it is in how we think, behave and talk.
