Working with the Team Manager of Enterprise Solutions and Systems and their peers, this role will help build and maintain the ERP product roadmap and will support technically from concept to delivery new functionality and product releases.About YouThe ideal candidate will be a highly experienced professional with tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Business, and a deep expertise in enterprise systems within a business or local government context. With over seven years of industry experience, including at least five years in a similar role, they will be a trusted subject matter expert in business systems management, design, configuration, integration, administration, and development. This candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge across the entire system development life cycle, from initial concept to full implementation and support, encompassing design, development, testing, documentation, training, and handover. They demonstrate a proven ability to drive strategic system and process improvements from conception to delivery, helping mature and expand organisational systems. With solid project management experience and familiarity with ITIL service management principles, they excel as a technical and advisory bridge between business needs, IT strategy, and delivery.
