APM is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships within our Workforce Australia program, aiming to place participants into sustainable employment.This role covers Gympie, Tin Can Bay, Childers, Maryborough, Gayndah, and surrounding areas. You can be based at any of the APM sites within these locations.Am I suited to being a Business Development Manager with APM?Experience in the Employment Services sector is not essential but highly regarded. If you are self-driven, motivated to succeed, and experienced in sales (Retail, Hospitality, or other), business development, account management, or outbound calling, this role could be ideal for you!A day in the life of a Business Development ManagerYou will be out and about, building employer relationships and marketing job seekers to prospective employers, rather than sitting in an office all day.Develop and maintain employer and community networks.Collaborate with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable jobs.Enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment.Negotiate with employers to ensure successful job placements.Ensure compliance with database and reporting requirements.Be rewarded for your successPerformance is a key part of our culture, encouraging us to help more people.
